Phillip was a true “people person” and easily made friends. He was the type of person who saw the good in everyone and trusted people at their word. Phillip always put his family first and was a loving husband and father. He enjoyed fishing, playing sports and cheering for the Atlanta Braves and Alabama Football team. He was a man of faith and attended First Baptist Church of Woodstock.
Phillip leaves behind his loving wife of 31 years, Karon Harbin; sons, Michael Travis Harbin and Brandon Keith Harbin; and siblings, Pete Harbin, Beverly Meeler, Beth Miller, Norma Lovorn and Johnny Harbin. Phillip is also survived by sister-in-laws, Nora Doyle, Linda Cortis and Denise Kissee; and brother-in-law, Horace Bennett. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Robert Harbin.
A funeral service will be Monday, May 10, 2021 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Woodstock Funeral Home, 8855 Main St, Woodstock, GA 30188. There will be a viewing one hour prior to the service.
