

Daughter of the late Douglas Turnbull, Sr. and Thelma Quackenbush Turnbull, she was born in Cornwall, NY and grew up in Harriman, NY.
After graduating with a BS in Nursing from Russell Sage College, she married Bill Ketcham and moved to St. Petersburg, FL in 1972. She later moved to Woodstock, GA in 2012 to be near her daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter in Marietta, GA.
Her nursing career spanned 30+ years working at Bayfront Medical Center, Clinical Neurological Specialties, All Children’s Hospital and Children’s Medical Services. She was a member of the American Nurses Association, Florida Nurses Association, Case Manager’s Society of America, St. Petersburg Women’s Club and a local Red Hat Society. She enjoyed reading, travel and arts & crafts, participating in local quilt and knitting guilds.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Douglas Turnbull. Survivors include her husband Bill Ketcham, her daughter Christie Kimmons, her son-in-law Curt Kimmons, her granddaughter Caroline Kimmons, her sister-in-law Joan, her sister Patty McGovern, her brother Bruce Turnbull and his wife Karen, her sister Barbara Darula and her husband Calvin, a niece and several nephews.
