Priscilla was born February 8, 1956, to Artis Dean Dobbs and Catherine Hodge Dobbs in Elijay, Georgia.
Priscilla was a great woman. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She kept a beautiful home and was an amazing cook, hosting many family gatherings.
She loved sharing her musical talent and played piano for the Elks club as a teenager.
She was a team driver for 13 years for Old Dominion.
Priscilla is survived by her husband, Tom Holtz; son, Michael Shane Holtz; sisters, Cammie (James) Archer, Monique (Ron)Mitnick; brothers-in-law, Jim Holtz, Bob (Dawn)Holtz; and 11 nieces and nephews and 15 great nieces and nephews.
Services will be Friday, February 21, 2025, at Poole Funeral Home in Woodstock, Georgia. Visitation will be 11:00 am to 1:00 pm with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 pm. A graveside service will follow at Rolling Hills Memory Garden.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the American Cancer Society.
