Lynn truly enjoyed being around family and seeing the presence of joy on everyone’s face, whether it was at cookouts or holiday gatherings. She kept everyone entertained and laughing with all of her dance moves. She would often jokingly say food tasted better when she didn’t have to cook it herself. Lynn was an avid NBA fan and loved the Atlanta Hawks. She also loved being outside, enjoying the beauty of nature and the sun radiating down on her face.
As Lynn’s health began to fail, her faith in God remained strong and steadfast. The hills of life started to get harder to climb, but she continued to hang on to God’s unchanging hand. On January 28, 2025, God ordered Lynn to her heavenly home; cooling water to forever quench her thirst, no more pain or sorrow, or troubles of this world. She closed her eyes and answered God’s call home.
Lynn is preceded in death by her loving parents, Ruby and Robert Harold Morris, Jr., and brother, Ralph Morris. Those left to forever cherish her memory include sister, Regina Morris of Norcross, GA; sister, Rhonda (Gary) Benson of Holly Springs, GA; brother, Robert (Karla) Stell Morris III of Canton, GA; and a host of nephews, nieces, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial service for Reitha will be held Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 10:00am at Woodstock Funeral Home, 8855 Main Street, Woodstock, GA 30188.
