Richard Louis Wiley

Mr. Richard Louis Wiley, of Woodstock, Georgia passed away at his residence following an extended illness. He was 73. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 24th, 2021, at Poole Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. Mike Maxwell and Chris Webb officiating. Burial will follow in Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery with Poole Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be held from 4 until 8 pm Tuesday, November 23rd, 2021, at Poole Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Hillcrest Baptist Church, 6069 Woodstock Road, Acworth, GA 30102. Mr. Wiley was born May 21st, 1948, in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Carl Richard and Hazel Charlene Adams Wiley. Mr. Wiley owned and operated RL Wiley Electrical Contractors for more than 15 years. Mr. Wiley was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Steve Wiley; two sisters, Joan Flursechetz and Annette Brock. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Shirley Dianne Wiley, Woodstock, GA; one sister, Beverly Power (Earl); mother-in-law, Pearl J. Dorsey; brother-in-law, Ronnie Dorsey (Karen); sister-in-law, Pat Cloud (Danny); several nieces and nephews. Online condolences may be made at www.poolefuneralhome.net
