Tony served as an employee of the State of Georgia for 32 years: 10 years at Georgia State University, and from 1986 – 2008 (at retirement) held the position of Director, Facilities Management for the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG). TCSG oversees the state’s technical colleges, adult literacy programs, and a host of economic and workforce development programs administered through 22 state-wide institutions.
