Mrs. Romana M. Silva, 92, of Acworth, GA passed away October 1, 2018. She was born on February 28, 1926 in Indang Cavite, Philippines. She was a very hard working, loving and giving person. Romana was a very strong woman who raised her 8 children by herself. She will be deeply missed by her loving family. Romana was preceded in death by her parents, Elias Mojica and Potenciana Matel; sons Leovigildo Laxamana and Leonardo Laxamana. Romana leaves behind sons, Eddie Laxamana, Jimmy Laxamana (Marcelina), and Ernest Laxamana; daughters, Flora Sakuma (Dan), Levita Earwood and Lenie Bilan (Vlad); grandchildren, Noel, Danilo, Mel, Helen, Cathy, Freddie, Ricky, Erwin, Sharon, RubyAnn, Norlie, Vanessa, Ivy, Mark, Jhenny, Arnold, Jennalyn, Deborah, Nicole, Lee and Joseph; and several great-grandchildren and a large and loving extended family. There will be a service for Romana in the Philippines at a later date.
