Don Morris of Woodstock, Georgia passed away peacefully on March 28, 2016 at the age if 88. Born and raised in Atlanta, he graduated from West Fulton School in 1944. Two years later he and life long friend, Bobby Sessions joined the Army together, Don served in the Army guarding POWs at a camp in Germany. A retired senior engineering artist for Coca-Cola, he also enjoyed art as a hobby, along with building and racing antique vintage racing cars. He is survived by his sons, Rex Morris and Bryan Morris, his daughter-in-law Sandy Morris, his granddaughter, Kelley Morris, and his grandson, Eric Morris. His beloved wife of 63 years, Betty Morris died of Alzheimer's in October of 2011.
A memorial reception will be held at the Morris family home in Woodstock, GA on Sunday afternoon, April 17, 2016 at 3 pm.
