Ryan was a kind, loving soul who always wanted to be helpful. He is remembered by many at the hospital where he worked for 10 years as a caring young man who always went the extra mile to help and encourage the patients and his coworkers.
He had dreams to be a husband and a father. He was great with kids, and they loved him too. He often talked about his desire to help young men in addiction. But sadly, that very problem of addiction was the underlying cause of him leaving us way too soon in a devastating manner.
Our consolation is that he loved. God, had accepted Jesus' sacrifice for himself, and is now in the joy of heaven, without any more pain and struggle. We will choose to remember and focus on all of the love and joy he brought to us and do our best to walk the kind of walk that he so desperately wanted to be able to walk.
He is survived by his Mother: Karen Tweedy, his father and step-mother Brian and Carla Martin; Granny: Juanita Keziah, Aunt: Jeaneane Donahoo, Brother: Kevin Martin, Sister: Lizzie Martin, Step brothers and sisters: Shannon Tweedy, Brian Tweedy, Kelly McDonald, and Jill Wood, Cousins: Patrick Martin, Sandra Martin, Michelle Ehmann, Tabitha Bryan, and Staci McNeils, Great Uncles and Aunts: Bill Prewitt, Jerry and Lorraine McAtee, Glenda Weyhrich, Hope Esteb, Bobby and Wanda Lynn Gipson and many loving friends.
