Sallye H. Allen

The family of Sallye Bess Hargis Allen mourns the loss of their mother, grandmother and favorite aunt. Sallye passed away on Saturday October 25, 2025 with family by her side. She is survived by her children Janet Allen, David Mark Allen and his wife Mindy Allen, Kevin Allen, Annalyn Bess Kelly and her husband Brian Kelly, Lance Allen and her granddaughters Nicole Allen and Amanda Allen. She is survived by her god-daughter Audra Wilson and her husband Robert Wilson and their children Johnathan Sandoval, Nayelli Mejia and Allison Wilson. She will be missed in the hearts of all her family and friends

She lived a long and happy life filled with love and just missed celebrating her 94th birthday on Sunday October 26th. She loved her family, she loved music and she loved God. She joins her husband David S. Allen, her mother Bess Hargis, her sisters Dot and Dixie in heaven and all her other loved ones who have gone before her.

There is an interment of ashes on Friday November 21, 2025 at 11:00 am at Georgia National Cemetery, Canton Georgia. Flowers are appreciated but Sallye preferred donations to Alzheimer’s Association, Wounded Warriors and American Cancer Society.
