Sandra Lee Shepherd

She is survived by her loving husband, William “Bill” Shepherd; her children: Tracy Waters, husband Tony Waters, of Hampton, Georgia; Stevie Merrifield of Woodstock, Georgia; and Todd Merrifield, wife Melissa Merrifield, of Social Circle, Georgia. She is also survived by many loving cousins and one living aunt, all residing in Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee, who loved her dearly and will continue to honor her memory.

Sandra was raised in Forest Park, Georgia, where she also attended high school. She took great pride in her home and had a true passion for interior design and decorating, creating warm and welcoming spaces for her family and loved ones. Sandra was a devoted mother and cherished her family. In her quiet moments, she found joy watching her favorite love stories and true movies time and again. Some of her favorites included The Notebook, The Help, Sweet Home Alabama, and Legally Blonde.

Sandra’s love for her family, her creativity, and her gentle spirit will be remembered always. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

A memorial service will be held at Woodstock Funeral Home, Inc., located at 8855 Main Street, Woodstock, GA 30188, United States. The service is scheduled for February 14, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
