Toni Lynn Shirk

Toni went to be with our Lord and Savior, passing peacefully from her home in Woodstock, GA, surrounded by her loving family. She was very rooted in her faith having a strong love for Jesus. She was born in Huntington, WV, raised in Marion, OH, her career leading her to Cleveland, OH, Marietta, OH, Milwaukee, WI and finally to the greater Atlanta, GA area. She spent her last 17 years as a director of Primary Practices for Piedmont Health Care and will be sadly missed by her loving co-workers. She deeply loved her family and her numerous dogs throughout the years including her current Foxhound, Sully. Toni leaves a lasting impression with her sometimes outrageous personality, great sense of humor and her ability to love deeply.

She is preceded in death by her daughter Gini-Lyn Camporese, her mother Virginia “Gini” Greene, her father Charles “Bob” Greene and many well-loved grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.

She is survived by her sisters Tami Williams, Teri Chmielewski (Ben), son Timothy Brian Shirk Jr (Allissa), grandchildren Ethan Shirk and Cooper Shirk. Her nieces and nephews who fondly referred to her as “Aunt Bone” throughout their life include Nicholas Chmielewski, Sarah Chmielewski, Jason Rosebrough (Lisa), Alix Scott (Micah), Zachary Williams, Stephen “Buster” Williams; Great nieces and nephews Ashleigh, Danielle and Brayden Rosebrough, Judah, Malachi and Israel Scott. She is also survived by cousins Jerry Barnhill (Jan), Bobby Stoner (Roberta), Susan Dillard (Kerry), Kim Barnes Woolery, Rachel Porter (Michael), Meloney Southers (Roger), Mike Smith (Pam), Merilee Childers (Tim), Marlena Sewell (Wes), Sharon Meadows and uncle Reverend Duane Smith.

We will all miss her more than words can possibly express but are happy that she is in her eternal home.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday October 04, 2025, 12:00-3:00 pm at Grace Fellowship Church, 1449 Refugee Rd, Pickerington, OH 43147 (in the Venue at the rear of the main bldg.) Light lunch and fellowship to follow service.
