Tracy Leann Snow, age 43, passed away January 8, 2014 at East Side Medical Center in Snellville, Georgia. She is survived by two aunts, Renee Snow and Michele Fraser and cousin Max Hirst. She is also survived by a multitude of nieces, nephews and cousins. A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, January 12, 2014 at 3:00 pm at the Woodstock Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Jerry Stewart officiating. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
