

Zachary James Gamble, 34, of Acworth passed away April 8, 2012. Mr. Gamble was born January 27, 1978 in Marietta, GA to James (Jimmy) Gamble and Tina Gamble-Robbins. He graduated from Brandon Hall School and earned his BA in Political Science from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis. Mr. Gamble will be forever remembered as a loving son, brother, nephew, uncle and dedicated father with a striking smile and contagious ‘machine gun’ laugh. He loved his family and lived for his son, Luke. His mother, Tina, was his inspiration and best friend. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2001 to 2005 as a Corporal/Squad Leader serving two tours in Iraq. He was most recently a Corporate Planner/Buyer with Uni-Select, Inc. in Kennesaw; where he successfully managed international accounts with more than 300 relationships between vendors and 26 distribution centers. Mr.Gamble was a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society from 2005 to 2007, also selected as Who's Who Among Students in American Colleges & Universities,
an exclusive honor and one of the most prestigious awards in the academic community. Mr. Gamble is survived by his 7 year old son, Luke; parents Leon and Tina Robbins; sister, Nikki Gamble; Grandmother Bernice Cook; Grandfather, Howard Cook; Uncle Roy and Aunt Crystal Chance; Uncle Neal and Aunt Kim Cook; Aunt Brandy Cook; Great
Aunt Mary Sweet and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, James T. Gamble and will be laid to rest next
to him at Rolling Hills Memory Gardens in Acworth.
Mr. Gamble had recently registered for the April 28th Fight for Air Climb in Atlanta, raising money for the American Lung Association. He would be honored if you would donate to this cause:

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 12th at 2:00 pm at First Baptist Church Woodstock 11905 Highway 92 Woodstock, GA 30188. The family will begin welcoming visitors at 1:00 pm with funeral service at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at Rolling Hills Memory Gardens 4355 Highway 92, Acworth, GA 30102.
