During her retirement, Carol enjoyed her work with animals at CHA Animal Shelter. She also loved her annual trips to the beach with her sister's family. Family was a very important aspect of Carol's life.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dan, and her daughter Kim.
Carol is survived by and will be greatly missed by her sons Stan and Jeff (Terrie); grandchildren Brooks, Heather and Jordan; great granddaughter Brianna; sister Sally (Bob) Wandel; as well as many numerous nephews, niece, and loving friends. Carol will also be missed by her very close and helpful friend, Paula.
Visitation will be Thursday from 1pm to 2pm, followed by a 2pm funeral service at Schoedinger Worthington, 6699 N. High Street, Worthington, Ohio.
