Fay Ann Scott

Fay Ann Scott, age 87, of Lewis Center, Ohio began her eternal life in heaven on January 3, 2022. Fay was born September 14, 1934, in Lansing, Michigan to the late Claire and Viola (Burns) Kaiser. After the death of her father she was adopted by her stepfather, Earl (E.C.) Johnston.

She was predeceased by her loving husband Paul Roger Scott; brother Jimmy Kaiser; daughter Nancy Scott; and parents Claire Kaiser, Earl (E.C.) Johnston, and Viola Burns.

Fay will be remembered for loving her family fiercely, using her time to serve the Lord, mentoring others, and being concerned with salvation and vocations. She volunteered for the Catholic Carismática Renewal since 1979. She began working for them after she left her job at the State of Ohio until they closed their offices, volunteered at the Salisean Center with newly released parolees as they transitioned back to life in society, transported seniors to prayer groups, and hosted prayer meetings in her home with the members of the Bella Brigada, and many other spiritual endeavors.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children; John (Denise) Scott, Mat (Ginger) Scott, Craig (Jodell) Scott, Lynn (Richard) Raffensberger, grandchildren; Jason Scott, Drew (Jenna) Scott, Emily Rios, Jamie (Melanie) Scott, Corey (Elle) Scott, Rachel Scott, Marcus Dietz, Nicole (Ray) Barron, Nick (Amanda) Raffensberger, Katrina (Jeremy) Youngquist, Elizabeth Raffensberger, Chris (Tara) Ebbinghaus, Shannon (Jimmy) Oldham, great grandchildren; Hallie Rossi, Reagan Scott, Eleanor Scott, Gabriel Rios, Mackenzie Rios, Halston Scott, Wilder Scott, Raylan Elmer Barron, Joshua Britton, Michael Britton, Ryder Raffensberger, Remington Youngquist, Jersey Youngquist, Collins Youngquist, Wyatt Steier, Addisyn Steier, Alleah Ebbinghaus, Ryan Ebbinghaus, Jackson Oldham.

Visitation services will be held Sunday, January 9, 2022, from 5:00-7:00 pm at Schoedinger Funeral Home at 6699 N High St, Worthington, Ohio 43085 with a Mass of Christian Burial at St John Neumann Catholic Church, 9633 E, OH-37, Sunbury, OH 43074 on Monday, January 10th at 10:00 am. Memorial Donations may be made in Fay's name to the Michael J. Fox Foundation to help research a cure for Parkinson's.
