Mary A. Brumfield

Mary A. Brumfield, 98 1/2 , of Columbus passed away on August 11, 2023. Mary was born on January 21, 1925 in Lucas, Ohio to her parents Oscar and Helen Jones. She was retired from IRD. Mary loved her family and loved to cook huge Sunday Dinners, where even the neighbors came over.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Joe, sons Jeri and Randy, daughter Candy, sister Anna Mae, and brother Don.

She is survived by and will be missed by her son Jamie (Kathy) Brumfield and her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mary’s family would like to express a Special Thank You to the nurses and aides in the Memory Care unit at Danbury Assisted Living, Columbus. Thank you to the staff for all of their help and kindness. Additionally, Thank You to Capital City Hospice.

Family will have a private graveside burial service at Kingwood Memorial Park, Lewis Center, Ohio.
