Mike retired form JP Morgan Chase/Bank One after devoting 42 years. Mike’s unquestionable love was for his wife of 61 years, Joy, and their family. This was evident in his smile and twinkle in his eyes when he spoke of them. His unconditional love and impact on his family will never be forgotten.
His faith in God and church was unwavering. He had a strong respect and love for the Dominican order of Catholic priests. It was this order that taught him at Aquinas College High school where he graduated as part of the class of ’59.
Mike also had an undeniable love for golf, the Buckeyes and his dogs, Maggie and Lucy.
He is preceded in death by his bothers, Phil and Dean Momburg. He is survived by his wife, Joy Momburg; his children, Mickey Momburg, Scott (Denise) Momburg, Tonia (Marc) Naunheimer and Philip (Becky) Momburg; his 10 grandchildren, Zachery, Michael, Brittany (Clint), Corey (Alaina), Jordan, Drake, Taylor, Matthew, Nicholas, and Brady; and his 4 great grandchildren Rosemarie, Gabrielle, Penelope, and Jhett.
The family would like to extend a special Thank You to Gentiva Hospice staff, specifically Skylar and Rick. Their care and compassion was truly appreciated.
