Patrick Edward Nolan, 75, of Westerville, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. Patrick attended Walnut Ridge High School. Following graduation, he worked for over 43 years for Columbus City Schools, Frank Gates Service Company, and Columbus Steel as an IT Executive.
Family was at the center of Patrick’s life. You could always find him supporting his children and grandchildren with home projects, life lessons, and at extracurricular activities and sports such as soccer, swimming, golf, and football. No matter the task, big or small, he was always happy to help. He loved to sing, play golf, watch Ohio State Basketball, and all things cars. Patrick had a passion for traveling with his family. Some of his favorite places to travel to were Hilton Head Island, Topsail Island, Seward, Alaska, and Dingle, Ireland. In his free time, he loved tinkering in his garage, his workshop, or on the computer.
Pat will be remembered as a determined, loyal, honest, loving man who was full of pride for his family. He was a trustworthy and dependable peacemaker who was loved by many. He was witty, had a great sense of humor, and was famous for his one-liners.
