Rex B. Walker

Rex B. Walker, born May 15, 1952, died unexpectedly and peacefully on July 27, 2024. Rex is the eldest son of William B. Walker & Lois (Likins) Walker. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister Sheryl Collis, and step mother Freda (Coffman) Walker.

Rex is survived by sister, Pam Cruz and brother Danny (Cheryl) Walker who all love him very much. Rex will be remembered fondly by nephews Luke Walker and Wayne O’Neal as well as niece Sara Pezzutti.

Rex, as a child, was in Japan with his missionary family. Rex was a graduate of Columbus Whetstone High School 1971. He loved both the concerts and vinyl of rock stars, ski club, Boy Scouts USA, and telling fanciful tales. He enjoyed the years he lived with a house full of Christian men. He trusted Jesus for his forgiveness and eternal life.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, August 5, 2024, from 10am until 11am, at the Schoedinger Worthington Funeral Home, 6699 North High St., Worthington OH, 43085. A Funeral Service will follow at 11am. There is no graveside gathering.
