Richard Alexander Roby, 71, of Worthington, passed away on February 28, 2025. He was born in Cambridge Ohio, to the late Andrew and Donna (Dutton) Roby. In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his brother, Kevin.
Richard’s career spanned many years working for the CBC Company. He was a lifelong Cleveland Browns Fan and enjoyed many trips to Las Vegas.
He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Cindy; children, Jennifer Harris and Chris Roby; Granddaughters, Ciera Roby and Tamara Harris; siblings, David Roby, Cynthia (Dale) Gervais, Cheryl (Tim) Back, and Phillip Roby; many nieces, nephews, extended family, and close family friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025, from 10am until 12pm, at the Schoedinger Worthington funeral home, 6699 North High St., Worthington OH, 43085. A Funeral service will follow at 12pm. Following the funeral a graveside service is scheduled for 2:30pm at Waldo Cemetery in Waldo Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Richard’s name may be made to the Columbus Humane Society.
