Steven W Tigges

Steven Tigges was a devoted husband to his wife of 36 years, Kimm A Hrdlicka-Tigges. He was a proud and loving father to son Jesse D. Tigges and Nicole E. Tigges and a wonderfully caring Papa to granddaughter Isabel M. Tigges. He was preceded in death by his parents Duane and Elizabeth “Betty” Tigges and survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Dawn and Bill Toth.

He attended the University of Toledo and then law school at The Ohio State University graduating summa cum laude with a Juris Doctorate and began practicing law in 1981. He was a former Partner at Zeiger, Tigges & Little LLP, in Business Litigation. Steven Tigges was selected to the Super Lawyers from 2005-2025. Super Lawyers is an exclusive list of Top-rated attorneys in specific areas of practice.

Steven was always a loving strength and support for his entire Family. He cherished his Family, Fishing and Buckeyes Football. He enjoyed the outdoors spending time camping, hiking and fishing all over the United States and Canada. He would cheer on the Buckeyes every Saturday and rewatch each game many times.

Steven’s life & accomplishments will be celebrated, at a gathering, February 2026.
