Suzan Burris

Suzan dedicated 20 years of service to the Ohio Ministry Network and found great joy in volunteering in the nursery at Trinity Assembly of God, where she lovingly cared for countless children who adored her as much as she adored them. A passionate crafter, Suzan found beauty in creating and sharing her talents with those around her. She had a servant’s heart and was always willing to help others in any way she could.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Michael Burris, and her parents, George and Shirley Held. She is survived by her daughter, Dana Burris; her sister, Valerie Peterson, and brother-in-law, Warren Peterson; her brothers, Craig Held and Barry Held, along with their wives, Karla and Deborah Held; as well as many cherished nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

Suzan’s kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for others will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of faith and service will live on in the hearts of those she touched.

Visitation will be held on Saturday February 22, from 9am until 11am and a Funeral will follow at 11am, at the Schoedinger Worthington funeral home, 6699 North High St., Worthington OH, 43085.
