William Francis Anderson, of Lewis Center, passed away quietly Friday, January 21, 2022, at the Age of 95. Native to Columbus Ohio, Bill was married for 62 years to Florence (Marcum) Anderson(decd-2010).
Bill was a proud Veteran of the Army Air Corps during WW2 where he served in the occupational forces in Japan after the war. He spoke many times throughout his life of his respect and admiration for the Japanese people.
He was a good Christian man with simple needs, a good father, grandfather, teacher of life skills, and a friend to people of all walks of life.
Bill is survived by his 3 sons; Michael (Brenda), Patrick "Terry" (Judy), Peter (Lisa), son-in-law Jeff Cesner, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. William was preceded in death by his parents Frances and Maurice Anderson, brother Howard Eugene Anderson, wife Florence Marcum Anderson and daughter Thea "Theresa" Cesner.
He will be missed.
