Always an exceptional student, he finished high school with top honors and worked his way through college and medical school, where he met and married Marian Aikner. Albert joined the Navy and served as a doctor in the Pacific Theater during World War II.
He and Marian had two children, Loxi and Paul, both of whom also became physicians, specializing in anesthesiology and pulmonary medicine, respectively. After the war, Albert worked in both Chicago and Washington state tuberculosis hospitals before establishing a practice in Selah, Washington, where he was a beloved and invaluable doctor and pillar of the community. He is survived by three grandchildren and countless patients.
Arrangements under the direction of Keith & Keith Funeral Home, Yakima, WA.
