

Alice along with her brothers & sisters were raised & educated around the Northwest – where ever work could be found.
In 1933 she married William W. Bryant. They had 3 sons, Jerry, Kenneth & David. Bill was killed in a mill accident in 1947 leaving her 3 boys to raise.
One day, Jerry brought home a fellow by the name of Jim Wilson for dinner & he never left.
Jim & Alice were married December 31, 1948. In September of 1950 a son was born, Jimmy, completing the family.
While Jim work for H&H as a cattle buyer, Alice made a home for the family in the West Valley area way before the city “moved” west. Everyone remembers when the county extended L.A. (Lower Ahtanum Rd) through their property.
During these years she was a member of the Yakima County Cowbells Association helping to promote the beef industry. She was one of the last original members.
Survivors include her sons: Gerald (Gladys) Bryant of Yakima, David (Patsy) Bryant of Seaview, WA & Jim (Ruth) Wilson of Yakima.
Grandchildren, Janeen Lounsbury, Bill (Marie) Bryant, Amanda Wilson & Kyla (Isham) Schmidt all of Yakima. Sara Bryant of Charlottesville, Virginia & Sam Bryant of Bellevue, WA,
Great Grandchildren include Brandi (Fiancé Mike Bumham) Lounsbury, Niki Lounsbury, Jason Radke & Stephanie Bryant all of Yakima. Bill (Sabrina) Bryant of Vancouver, WA.
Great-Great Grandchildren are Layla & Tripp Bryant of Vancouver, WA.
She was preceded in death by her parents, all of her 11siblings. Her 1st husband Bill & 2nd husband Jim, her son Kenneth & grandson Seth Wilson.
In leiu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to the Humane Society of Central Washington or to Memorial Hospice % Keith & Keith Funeral Home, 902 W. Yakima Avenue, Yakima, WA 98902.
A Graveside Service will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, June 2, 2011 at West Hills Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Keith and Keith Funeral Home.
