She was born in Zion, Arkansas on May 9, 1931 to Cleo E. Herron and Rosa Herron. She later moved to the State of Washington where she and her late husband, Rev. Art O’Neal owned and operated Superior Cleaners in Wenatchee and Nu-Life Cleaners in E. Wenatchee. They eventually moved to Yakima in 1972.
She is survived by her three sons, Jim O’Neal, Dennis O’Neal and Rev. Timothy O’Neal all of Yakima; eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; two sisters, Earline Paulus of Spokane and Maxine Deliman of Nogales, AZ.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 25 and 26 at the Keith & Keith Ninth Avenue Chapel. Funeral services will be held at the Nu-Life Tabernacle, 1309 E. Adams St. Yakima on Monday, February 27, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Concluding services and burial will follow at Terrace Heights Memorial Park.
