In Loving Memory of Bradley K. Denton born September 8, 1978. Bradley K. Denton, 47, was born and raised in Yakima, Washington.
He was the kind of person whose life was built in the quiet, meaningful moments—the kind you don’t always notice at first, but never forget once you’ve felt them.
In his younger years, you could often find him on a basketball court at the YMCA—not for a crowd, not for recognition, but simply for the love of the game. It was where he found rhythm, peace, and a sense of himself. That same steady nature carried him through life, especially in his math, where his sharp mind and natural talent for numbers led him to earn his Associate’s Degree in Accounting at Yakima Valley Community College after high school, where he attended at Davis High School. He had a way of making sense of things, both on paper and in life.
But more than anything, Bradley was a father. His children, Nevaeh and Uriah, were the center of his world—the reason behind his efforts, his laughter, and his quiet strength. He loved them more than life itself, and that love showed up in the simplest, most important ways—time spent together, conversations that mattered, and memories made side by side.
He found joy in the outdoors—fishing lines cast into still water, camping trips under open skies, and the kind of moments where time slowed down just enough to breathe it all in. Those were the places he felt most at home, especially when he was surrounded by the people he loved most.
Bradley was preceded in death by his grandmother, Pauline Denton, and his cousin, Timothy Denton.
He is survived by his daughter, Nevaeh Guzman-Denton(21), and his son, Uriah Guzman-Denton(15), who carry forward his memory, his love, and the quiet strength he gave them.
His story is not just one of how he lived, but what he did—steady, present, and rooted in love. And in the hearts of those who knew him, that story will continue.
