Chuy Aguirre Huerta

Jesus Marmolejo - 9/30/63 – 8/1/20 On August 1, 2020 Jesus Marmolejo aka “Chuy” at the age of 56 went to be with his Creator. Chuy was a friend to everyone. He had a fun sense of humor and enjoyed making others laugh. He enjoyed telling stories about his childhood and experiences of his life; they usually ended with something funny happening in the story. Chuy was no doubt a hard worker. He enjoyed working in agriculture. He worked long hours and 7 days a week during harvest time, never complained or talked bad about his job or others. He worked at Borton’s Fruit over 23 years. He was a fun, loving, and respectful husband to his “mujer” Rafaela. They enjoyed over 17 happy years together. He enjoyed eating her good cooking. He was the best dad and step dad anyone can ask for, but is pride and joy were his grandkids and step grandkids, he treated them the same with love and care. He was a loyal friend to all. He would drop anything he was doing in order to help others. He especially enjoyed cooking for his friends and family, his specialty was making chicharrones and tripas, he definitely made the best. He often brought fresh fruit and vegetables to share with his friends and neighbors, it made him happy to share. He also liked card games and playing dominoes, he had a good poker face. His parents Marcos Marmolejo and Felicita Reyna, and his sister Antonia Marmolejo precede him in death. He is survived by his 3 brothers Reyes, Teodoro and Jose and his sister Maria his two sons Joel and Gabriel, 5 step sons and 1 step daughter Ernesto, Francisco, Gabriel, Luis, Lilia and Diego; 30 grand kids which he lived to make happy. Numerous nieces and nephews as well as cousins and friends. He loved us all equally and we loved him as well. He is going to be missed dearly by all his family and friends. May you rest in peace “Mi Chuy”.

SPANISH El 1 de agosto de 2020 Jesús Marmolejo alias “Chuy” a la edad de 56 años fue a estar con su Creador. Chuy era amigo de todos. Tenia un sentido del humor divertido y disfrutaba haciendo reír a los demás. Le gustaba entretener contando historias sobre su infancia y experiencias de su vida, generalmente terminaban con algo gracioso de sus recuerdos. Chuy era sin duda un gran trabajador. Disfrutaba trabajar en la agricultura. Trabajaba muchas horas y seguido 7 días a la semana durante la época de cosecha, nunca se quejaba ni hablaba mal de su trabajo ni de otros. Trabajó en Borton’s Fruit mas de 23 años. Fue un esposo divertido, cariñoso y respetuoso con su “mujer” Rafaela. Disfrutaron juntos más de 17 años felices. Disfrutaba comiendo su buena cocina. Fue el mejor padre y padrastro que cualquiera puede pedir, pero su orgullo y alegría fueron sus nietos y nietas, los trató con mucho amor cariño. Fue un amigo leal para todos. Dejaba todo lo que estuviera haciendo para ayudar a los demás. Le gustaba especialmente cocinar para sus amigos y familiares. Su especialidad era hacer chicharrones y tripas. Seguido traía frutas y verduras frescas para compartir con sus amigos y vecinos, lo hacía feliz compartir con los demás. También le gustaban los juegos de cartas y el dominó, tenía una buena cara de póquer. Sus padres Marcos Marmolejo y Felicita Reyna, y su hermana Antonia Marmolejo le preceden en la muerte. Le sobreviven sus 3 hermanos Reyes, Teodoro y José y su hermana María sus dos hijos Joel y Gabriel, y l hijastros Ernesto, Francisco, Gabriel, Luis, Lilia y Diego; 30 nietos que vivió para hacer felices. Muchos sobrinas y sobrinos además de primos y amigos. Nos amaba a todos por igual y nosotros también lo amamos a el. Toda su familia y amigos lo extrañarán mucho. Que descanse en paz “Mi Chuy”.
