Wane married Anita (Moss) Collier on January 8, 1955 in Seattle, WA. He only worked in Seattle for 1½ years before moving to San Diego, CA where he worked in the roofing industry. He then moved to Longview, WA in 1971, then to Yakima, WA in 1974. He worked for Valley Roofing, Adkins Roofing and retired from Wagner Roofing Co. in 1993; he had 30 plus years in roofing. Dad enjoyed dancing, hunting, fishing, and camping with the family. He belonged to the American Legion, and the Eagles.
