He passed away in Yakima, Washington November 4, 2019.
Efton is survived by Sons Devin Day of Yakima, WA, Adam Day of Yakima, WA; daughter Tiana Williams (Justin) of Snoqualmie, WA and sister Judy Addams of Vancouver, WA; 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his son Brian Mullin and his sisters Lois Farmer, Wilma Rhynes and Katherine Applegate.
He served in the US Army from 1965 to 1967 in Germany. He retired from the City of Yakima after he worked for them for 25 years. Efton was an avid fisherman, outdoorsman, and loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather.
There will be a visitation on Thursday, November 14, 2019 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Keith & Keith Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at Keith & Keith Funeral Home on Friday, November 15 at 12:00 noon with Interment following at Tahoma Cemetery in Yakima.
