Ethyel Violet Rudick

She was born to George and Ida Ringer in Clinton, Minnesota on November 6, 1926. She moved to Yakima, Washington in the early 1950's where she met and married William (Bill) Rudick on February 4, 1951. She was employed by the Telephone Company for several years and went on to work at Saint Elizabeth Hospital where she retired. She was an active member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church. In Retirement she enjoyed gardening and visiting relatives.

She is survived by her three children: Jacquetta (Don) Violette of Sunnyside, WA, Michael (Dorothy) Rudick of Yakima, WA and James (Peggy) Rudick of Port Orchard, WA; three grandchildren, Michelle (Brian) Brashear, Aimee (Stuart) Tourand, Kevin Hansen; four great grandchildren, Natalie and Connor Tourand and Kayla and Nick Brashear; three sisters, Deloris Wollum of Tacoma, WA, Myrtle Munns of New Richmond, WI and Marlys Henschell of Ogilvie, MN and one brother, Albert (Bud) Ringer of Cambridge, MN; and true caring friends Richard and Candy Henn of Yakima, WA. Ethyel was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two sisters and one brother.

The family extends a warm thank you to the caring staff at Landmark Care Center who provided exceptional care to Ethyel over the years.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thrusday, Dec. 29, 2011 at the Keith & Keith Ninth Avenue Chapel. Funeral services will be held at the Keith & Keith Terrace Heights Chapel Friday, December 30, 2011 at 4:00 p.m.
