She attended 1 year at the University of Washington Seattle, graduated from YVCC with her AA degree, and was a graduate from Davis High School where she was a widely known cheer and drill team member. Fina loved being in the outdoors and no matter where she lived, she always had a garden.
Fina is survived by her children Guy Heiland and Jessica Sachara of Seattle, her mother Patty Gonzales of Yakima, brother John Gonzales (Lisa) of Yakima, Jim Gonzales (Angie) of Richland, Guy Gonzales of Sacramento and her sister Christine Gonzales of Yakima, her aunts Theresa Ortega and Mary Munez, her uncles Jim (Chris), Larry (Isabel), John (Carmen), Joey, Benny (Sylvia), and Kenny, and various cousins. She was preceded in death by her father Mike Gonzales, aunt Dora Facio, uncles Lupe, Ernie, Ralph, and Chris Facio, and cousins David Martinez and Elisa Facio.
On August 31, 2019, a rosary will be held at Holy Redeemer at 9:30 AM with a mass to follow at 10:00 AM. After mass, burial services will be held at the Wapato Reservation Cemetery. Potluck reception to follow.
