

Henry G. Hauck, 91, of Yakima, beloved husband of Alice Hauck for 65 years. Passed away on Friday, March 15 surrounded by his family. Born January 8, 1922 to John & Magdlenia Hauck. He lived in the Yakima Valley his entire life. He served in the US Army and was stationed in Europe during World War II. He met the love of his life, Alice Sali and they were married April 23, 1949. They followed the family tradition and became farmers. Along with farming he was with the US Postal Service for 30 years. Henry enjoyed dancing and followed his favorite bands across the US and Europe. He loved to play cards and board games with his family and friends while enjoying his “private reserve” of chocolate candy. He is survived by his wife Alice and 6 children, Charles (Darlene) Hauck, Seattle, Linda Hauck, Yakima, Robert (Cheryl) Hauck, Yakima, Stanley (Donna) Hauck, Yakima, Patty Hauck, Snoqualmie, Bradley Hauck, Yakima, 12 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren. His sister, Mary Lord and brother Ben Hauck. He was preceded in death by his parents, 7 brothers and 1 sister. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lower Valley Hospice, Vet’s First or Calvary Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Thursday from 4pm to 8pm at Langevin-Mussetter Funeral Home. At the request of Henry there will be a private family service.
