

Isaac was born in Mexico, April 6, 1963, to Rosa & Sacaries Barragan. Isaac worked at Loftus Ranches for 30 plus years. Isaac met his wife in Yakima in 1999 and got married August 19, 2002. Isaac was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, and nephew. He had five kids; Imalee Mejia, JJ Morgan, Maria Mejia, Salvador Majia, daughter-in-law Rebecca Bush, Christina Chacon, son-in-law Mike Carrillo, Carmen Figueroa Butler, son-in-law Carlos Gutierrez. He had 14 grandkids; Austin, Kilee, Jordan, Dezeray, Belle, Mika, Sal Jr., Damien, Devah, Jeremey Jr., Jayden, Mary, Lyla, and Layla, and 4 sisters, 2 uncles; Amador and Custodio Barragan and his foreman Rogelio. His passions were planting his garden, playing Walk the Line by Johnny Cash on his guitar, going fishing, and spending time with family.
Isaac is surviving by his loving wife, Loretta, his kids, grandkids, uncles, and sisters. He is preceded in death by his mother, father, and 3 brothers, his mother-in-law Mary Butler, his father-in-law Harold Butler, his brother-in-law Richard Butler, 2 sisters-in-law Sheryl and Charlotte Scott.
