James Eric Person Jr.

Jim attended Auburn High School in the 70s where he enjoyed riding and racing motorcycles, playing sports, watching the UW Huskies and bowling. He began working for his family construction business, Person and Person homes in the 80s and was a popular bartender at their bowling alley, Person Lanes. After his first marriage, he later married Brenda and helped raise her two daughters, Desiree and Amber before welcoming his two children Erica and James.

After traveling to California and Arizona, chasing the sunshine, he made his way back to Naches where he made it his final home and spent most of his time golfing and doing projects with his children.

Jim is preceded in death by his grandparents, his father Jim Person Sr and his sister Kimberly Person.

He is survived by his mother Mickie Williams (John), brother Cory Person, daughter Erica Naasz (Kiel), son James Person (Dalia), step daughters Desiree Walch and Amber Bellinger, ten grandchildren and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and a nephew.

We would like to thank the nurses who helped care for him in his final days at The Cottage in the Meadow.

A Celebration of Life will be held on June 24th 2023, at his daughter’s home.
