Jane was born in Cashmere, Washington on May 2, 1927 to John Jackson Biggs and Nellie Cecilia (McKellips) Biggs. She moved to Yakima from Fresno, California in 1953. Jane was a high school librarian with the West Valley School District for fifteen years.
She is survived by her husband, Julius Glover of Yakima, son Philip E. Glover of San Antonio, TX, daughter, Ann Glover of Burbank, CA, daughter Rebecca Seymour of Yakima, WA, and son Brian Glover of Glendale, CA; eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a brother, John Jackson Biggs of Plains, MT.
A memorial service will be held at Englewood Christian Church on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Keith & Keith Funeral Home are entrusted with arrangements.
