Jered Hiebert AKA "Bubba"

Jered was born in Yakima, WA to Lisa (Perez) McGraw & Jeffery & Jana Hiebert. He graduated from AC Davis High School in 2009.

Jered participated in Special Olympics during his high school years. Special Olympics gave Jered a great opportunity to enjoy team sports & many friends. Jered enjoyed teaching his special needs step brother how to play soccer. Jered enjoyed family camping trips, fishing with gramps building large bonfires.

Jered was so excited when his sister Anissa bought him a "bump to pass" car. He only raced one season but it left a big impression. Jered always loved a fan in the stands at Yakima Speedway. He enjoyed country music comedian Jeff Dunham's puppet "Bubba J".

Jered enjoyed many hours with his dad watching WWE wrestling, talking about Jeff's experiences as a firefighter. Jered enjoyed cooking, watching movies and laughing with his mom. Jered's greatest joys were spending time with his family laughing teasing sharing a meal, playing with his younger cousins endlessly. Jered worked at Yakima Specialties, Mobile Fleet services & Walmart.

Survivors include his parents Lisa McGraw & Jeff Hiebert; sister Anissa Hiebert & Chris Jones; aunts Connie, Cindy & Lori; uncles Greg & Brenda, Nick & Darla; one special niece, Kimmy, 18 cousins & numerous great uncles & aunts. Preceded in death by Grandparents Dolores Perez, Sharon Johnson & Cecil Hiebert & numerous great grandparents.

Jered was always willing to help anyone that needed his "muscles". He was always helping grandpa Perez with cleaning scrap metal.

Jered's smile & laughter & sense of humor will never be forgotten.

Love always, your family.

I remember when I first saw you at the fire station 11 years ago. I was wondering, who's that kid sitting on his dad's lap? Then, I noticed how close you were with your father., That bond is something I wish I have with my dad. Jeff, I share this loss with you because, I also lost a kid who grew up with us in the fire station. My sincere condolences to You and your family.

Dwight M. Derby.

I would like to send my deepest sympathy, thoughts and prayers in behalf of the staff and employees at Yakima Specialties. Words could not express enough how special Jered was to Yakima Specialties and will always be remembered for his willingness to jump up and help when needed, his quick wit, or just giving a smile that would help brighten a bad day. We are truly saddened as a company to lose such a great person that helped give meaning to who we are and why we are here. Thank you Jered for your time with Yakima Specialties and all that you gave us as a company you will truly be missed by all of us.

Sent with deepest sympathy,
