Joan J. Harris

Joan J. Harris, age 82, born on December 5, 1933 in Tacoma, WA to McCoy & Lucille Johnson, passed away in her home on January 20, 2016 and is now with her Lord and Savior. She was raised in Kittitas, WA with her 3 brothers and 1 sister. She came to Yakima after graduating high school. She married Richard Harris and they had 2 daughters. She held multiple clerical positions and retired May of 1996 from Central Washington Railroad.

She is survived by her daughters Pauline Harris, of Yakima, and Patti (Jim) Bolm, of Moxee, grandchildren Randy Cole Harris, of Yakima, Crystal (Kris) McMurray, of Shelton and Jacob (Rebecca) Bolm, of Moxee, and great granddaughter Mackensie McMurray. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings.

A Memorial Service will be at Central Assembly of God Church, 701 S. 3rd. Ave., Yakima, WA on Thursday January 28th at 3:30 pm.

There is additional parking available in back of the church. Keith and Keith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
