Dad's adventures spirit and sense of humor made life so interesting. We were so blessed to grow up with a dad who made his family a priority and we had many an adventure. He was patient whenever he taught. He led by example treating people with respect and courtesy and doing the right thing. Dad, I will miss you terribly, but know I will see you again in Heaven someday. I love you. Shirley

Don was one of the friendliest people I know. I remember one time he asked me to go to Wenatchee with him to help him buy a truck. He was so nice to the salesman that I thought they both worked for the dealership. The world needs more nice people like Don and Arline.
