Lila Ann Rose

Lila was born May 26, 1941 in Tulare, CA to Luke G. and Ruth F. (Case) Graham. Lila

married Frank V. Rose on Aug. 14, 1958 in Dayton WA. They were blessed with three children.

Lila was a foster parent for many years. She then worked for the State as a Foster Parent Liaison helping many children throughout the years. She was excellent in her chosen career. Lila and Frank took guardianship of some of their foster children. To name a few are Bryan Barry at age 16, Julius (Julio) Dearte at age 13 and Gary Allen Swan at age 13

Lila is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She attended the Terrace Heights Ward for many years. Lila and Frank received their endowments at the Salt Lake Temple on and were sealed with their children for time and eternity.

Lila is survived by her two sons, Frank V. Rose Jr., (Raquel), John L. Rose (Tammy), Adopted daughter Lisa Kisner, and a sister Charlene K. Vos-Sodorff. Lila was preceded in death by her husband Frank V. Rose, daughter Debra Jo Franck, Grandson Nicholas Frank, Father Luke and mother Ruth Graham, Sister Ollie Jean Graham, brother Wayne E. Graham, sister Darlene F. Kyles.

A Memorial service will be held at the Terrace Heights Ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 105 S Hillcrest Dr. Yakima. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.keithandkeith.com for the Rose family.
