Mrs. Willard was born in Yakima. She ws the lead cook/dietician for the Cowiche School District.
Survivors include a son, Charles Willard; a daughter, Beverly Smith; four grandchildren,15 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at West Hills Memorial Park in West Valley.
Arrangements are by Keith & Keith Funeral Home.
