

Linda was a strong, assertive, and determined woman who knew her own mind and wasn't afraid to speak it. She was also fun-loving and always ready for a good laugh. Her sense of humor, independent spirit, and strong personality made her a memorable and special person to everyone who knew her.
Linda was an accomplished business owner who took pride in what she built through hard work, determination, and perseverance. She was married to Norman Ritchie, and together they had their son, Scott Ritchie.
Linda later married her beloved husband, Ernie Hoffman. One of the things she especially enjoyed was sailing with Ernie. She also loved spending time with her girlfriends, and she enjoyed gambling and the fun and laughter that came along with those outings. Linda knew how to work hard, but she also knew how to enjoy life and make wonderful memories with the people she loved.
As a mother and grandmother, Linda cherished her family. She was a beloved grandmother and leaves behind memories that her family will treasure for years to come.
Linda was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ernie Hoffman; her parents, Evelyn and Dayton Pugh; and her brother, David Wayne Pugh.
She is survived by her son, Scott Ritchie; her sisters, Ann Olivia Earle, Karen Eileen Simmons, and Daytine Wagner; her grandchildren; and extended family and friends who loved and cherished her.
Linda will be remembered for her strength, determination, independent spirit, and her ability to have a good time and share a laugh. She lived life on her own terms, worked hard, loved her family, enjoyed her friendships, and made memories wherever she went.
She leaves behind a lifetime of love, laughter, and memories that will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
May Linda rest in peace, and may the laughter, love, and memories she gave to others live on in those she leaves behind.
