Lorraine Elaine Moody

August 9, 1932 – October 27, 2018

Lorriane Moody went to be with her savior on Saturday October 27, 2018. She was born August 9, 1932 in Vancouver, Washington to Nelson Inez (Pietz) Hesseltine.

She is survived by her husband of 71 years Wilfred Moody, her children Nancy (Andy) Weed, David Moody, Kevin (Debra) Moody, Janet Swartout, and Sally (Jeff) Marshall, 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her infant son Steven, brother Hubert, sister Helen and son in law Mike Swartout.

Lorraine devoted herself to her family. A very talented cook and seamstress making gifts for everyone. She taught preschool Sunday school for many years.

A graveside service will be held at West Hill Memorial Park Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at 11:00 am. A reception will follow at Wiley Union Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Union Gospel Mission.
