

Marcus Harmon Lamb, age 52, passed away on March 31, 2013 at his home in Yakima, WA. Marc was born on January 6, 1961 in Yakima to Hal D and Patsy E. Lamb. He graduated from West Valley High School in 1979.
Marc learned the trade of carpentry from his stepfather, Bruce Geer and the family construction business,Geer Construction. Marc was most proud of the fine homes that he built on Lake Aspen with Geer Construction, and the custom homes that
he built with Dennis Kelly Construction. He was an awesome finish carpenter, but could do any portion of home
building from framing, pouring foundations, to putting on a roof. He spent the last decade working for United Builders.
Marc's hobbies included his passion for playing pool. He played on team for West Valley Tavern for
over 20 years. He was city league champion twice. He also played on many dart teams, loved to play golf,
and loved playing golf on the machines at the tavern.
Marc was one of the funniest and happiest guys that you would ever meet. He had many friends who will miss him dearly.
He is survived by his parents: Bruce and Patsy Geer. Survivors also include six sisters; Carrie (Ron) Anderson and Darcy (Scott) Raymond of Yakima; Traci (Jeb) Barlow of Oklahoma; Ronna (Paul) Younie and Lisa (Brian) Bruner of Selah; and Heather Lamb of Wenatchee; two brothers: Scott (Leslie) Geer of Yakima and Mark (Colleen) Ward of Wenatchee.
He is also survived by his stepmother Becky Rupple of Wenatchee; by the "children of his heart" Kylee Mendoza,
Chantelle Perez, and their families; "brother from another mother" Ron Grove and his family. He has many nieces,
nephews, and great nieces and nephews, and many cousins, aunts and uncles.
He was predeceased by his father Hal D Lamb, all of his grandparents, his Uncle Eddy and Uncle Art Thompson,
He was "Uncle Toot Toot" to all. Marc your laugh, smile, and jokes will be missed. We all loved you so much.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations (tax deductible) to the local chapter of the American Heart
Association.
