My father’s father died when he was young, so I was very blessed with having one while growing up. He tried his best raising me alone; moreover, he was loving, supportive and always there for me despite my faults. He introduced me to interesting characters and wild adventures. I admired his grit and guile, but his compassion will be missed most of all. I’m glad I got to see him one last time before he passed, relieved he is no longer suffering and know he is in a better place. I love you father.

Mike and I became friends when we were little  boys. We got together several times a week for many years when we were in junior high and high school. Mike was my best man at my wedding. We got together so many times as adults for camping and just visits. Mike was always so fun to be around, I will never forget all the great times we had. He was such a great friend to me, and there will be a hole in my life without him. I am glad that I got to talk to him one last time just a few weeks ago. He seemed happy then, and I will always remember that time. Now I can only hope that I get to see him again in heaven. God bless you Mike.

Mike was a dear and close friend since 1969.  We met a few years before and became close friends after we had a fist fight in junior high in 1969.  We still had our differences but we always looked forward and not back.  I knew his whole family, and they were always kind and generous.  I have been thinking of Mike alot since I found out of his passing.  I could kid with Mike more so than others and he would do the same with me.  Mike will be sorely missed.  I sure cared for Mike alot.  With lots of love 😢, Shaka Bra!

Sorry for your loss,

   Mike was a great personal influence in my life through high school and into adult life. We did lots of immature things together as we journeyed from wild teenagers to  respectable mature adults.
   The biggest contribution to my life was, Mike was instrumental in me securing a 38 year career on the Hanford site.
    Mike wanted to go to an apprenticeship job forum for Westinghouse Hanford in 1979 in Richland and asked me to go with him, we sat through a couple hours of presentations grab some applications and filled them out  and eventually I was selected.
