

Randy spent the first 18 years in and around West Valley area, where he spent lots of time fishing, working and making friendships that would last a life time, he attended West Valley High School, before moving to Bakersfield, Calif. He worked in the oil fields for a bit, then became a carpenter before leaving Bakersfield.
Randy’s first son Matthew Curtis Robins was born in 1985 in Bakersfield, it was 1989 when Randy came back to Yakima, where he continued in construction.
Randy’s second son Justin Lee Robins was born 1990, in Yakima, Wash. they were the light of his life...
Randy worked for Tri-ply construction for the next 21+ years, where he helped to build commercial buildings in Yakima, Wash. and the surrounding area; he took great pride in his work and was dedicated to making sure his jobs were done properly and safely.
Randy loved having fun, always having an upbeat personality, he loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting, camping, four wheeling & horses, he was a true dare devil. He used his carpenter skills to make his own furniture and make his home uniquely beautiful, he was very talented and was quite the perfectionist.
Randy was the type of man that made friends wherever he went, he was a generous man, always helping others, asking for nothing in return, He was honest and true to a fault, He was smart, funny and witty, loved to laugh,He was very humble and kind, He could walk into a room and light it up with his smile, he was also very resourceful and loved the easy button. He was an awesome father, husband, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle and Friend.
Randy’s death was preceded by his parents. He is survived by his new wife Tracy[Davenport] Robins, his sons Mathew (Toni) and Justin Robins, Stepdaughters Samantha and Megan Vansack, Stepson Trevor Vansack, Brothers David (Ann) and Daryl (Laura) Robins, Sister Marilynne Kendrick and C.F.F. Toni Webb & 6 Grandchildren and a large extended family whom he loved and was loved by. Randy touched so many lives and was loved by all. He will be greatly missed...

A celebration of life is planned for Saturday March 5th at 3:00 pm at Wiley Union Church, 2712 S. Wiley Rd, Yakima, Wash. Pastor Terry Dinsmore, presiding.
