Richard Blaine "Mr. Wonderful" Klise

Richard Blaine Klise, also known as Mr. Wonderful, passed away on August 1st of 2017 in Seattle, Washington at the age of 84. Richard was born in San Antonio, Texas on March 8th 1933 to Kenneth and Elloise Klise. Richard lived life to the fullest and always had a smile.

Richard was a corporal in the United States Army for 8 years. While serving he met and married the love of his life Marjorie Ann Fiest. The two married on December 20 1958. Richard was a loving and amazing father & husband. Richard enjoyed spending his time fixing cars as well as anything else he could get his hands on. He loved going to the movies, camping, being in the water and spending time with family. He was an incredibly smart man & knew how to keep everyone laughing. He made such an amazing impact on everyone’s life that crossed paths with Mr. Wonderful.

Richard survived with the love and support of his family and friends. He is survived by his daughters, Karmel Morrier (Brad), Keeley McCray (Jerry), Mary Tomerlin (Lonnie); his sons, Richard Klise (Tammy), Alan Klise (Mandi); his grandchildren, Krissy Klise-Parsons (Austin), Chad & Kyle Short, Trisha McCray (Josh), Sean McCray (Jennifer), Tiffany & Lonnie Tomerlin, Ryan & Tyler Klise, Nicole Becker (Nick), Amber Grissom, Kourtlynn Klise; great grandchildren, Jaycee Klise, Sydney Parson, Blake & Payslee Becker, Alexia Lyndin, Kamdyn & Lauren Hacker, Janessa & Lenae Short & Jasmine Short. Richard had four brothers, Bill, Alan, Keith & Duane Klise; two sisters, Karri & Karen Klise. He is also survived by his dear friends Mary Edwards & her family; Kaylene, Scott, John, Tina & Lonnie and their families. He was preceded by his beautiful wife Marjorie Klise, his brothers Alan C. Klise, Duane & Keith Klise and grandson Kyle Short.
