She graduated from LaSalle High School in Yakima, Washington. She then attended a 4-year program with the United States Army and graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice. She had been a nurse assistant at Memorial Hospital and a Juvenile Correction Officer at the Yakima County Juvenile Court. Her most recent job was with the Federal Probation Office as a probation clerk.
She is survived by her children Ricardo Javier and Rogelio; her siblings Miguel Angel Cisneros, Carmen B. Espinoza and Yolanda Cisneros.
Visitation is Wednesday, December 6, 2017 4:00-8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church with concluding services at West Hills Memorial Park.
