Teresa Michelle Kremer passed away on May 13, 2026, at the age of 46. Born on May 1, 1980, in Yakima, Washington, Teresa lived a life filled with love, laughter, achievement, and a deep commitment to the people around her.
Raised in Yakima, Teresa developed the determination, intelligence, and vibrant personality that would become hallmarks of her life. She graduated cum laude from Washington State University, a reflection of both her academic excellence and her unwavering dedication to achieving her goals.
Teresa began her career in education, where she discovered her passion for helping others learn and grow. That passion remained with her throughout her life. She went on to build a distinguished career in technology and business operations, ultimately serving as Director of Agile Operations at SAP. Teresa was a gifted leader and mentor who loved building strong teams and helping people reach their full potential. Nothing made her happier than seeing others succeed.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Teresa embraced life with enthusiasm and joy. She loved playing softball, camping, spending time outdoors, listening to music, dancing, and sharing her favorite movies. She had a special affection for everything 1980s and could often be found reminiscing about favorite films such as The Jewel of the Nile. She loved adventure, laughter, and creating memories with the people she cared about most.
Maui held a special place in Teresa's heart. Some of her happiest moments were spent there with her feet in the sand, listening to the ocean and soaking in the beauty of the islands. She found peace outdoors and treasured every opportunity to enjoy nature and the people she loved.
Above all else, Teresa was devoted to her family. She is survived by her loving husband, Arron Kremer; her daughter, Alia Ricker, 24; her son, Aiden Kremer, 18; her parents, Benjamin Skyles Sr. and Sue Johnston; her brother, Benjamin Skyles Jr.; her lifelong friend, Tiffanie Pimentel; and many extended family members, friends, and colleagues whose lives were enriched by knowing her.
Teresa will be remembered for her intelligence, warmth, humor, resilience, and generous spirit. She had a remarkable gift for making people feel valued, encouraging them through challenges, and celebrating their successes as if they were her own. She leaves behind a legacy of love, friendship, leadership, and kindness that will continue to inspire those who knew her.
Though her time with us was far too short, the impact she made will endure through the lives she touched, the family she cherished, and the memories that will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her.
Teresa will be forever loved, forever missed, and forever remembered. ❤️
